Our business office in Monrovia is located at the corner of Ashmun and Buchanan streets directly across from the Centennial Pavilion. Our office hours are 9 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturday.
Burials are held Monday through Friday. There is an extra $200 charge for Saturday burials. This extra charge is waived with the purchase of the platinum package. There are no Sunday burials. Buy a plot in advance with 50% down for any package. The balance is due at the time of death unless other arrangements are made.

Packages
The platinum package costs $8000 (USD) and includes opening of the grave, building a concrete vault with white, green or black marble, closing the vault, and eternal care and everlasting maintenance. You may choose granite for a surcharge of $2,500.
The gold package costs $5000 (USD) and includes all of the features of the platinum package, except that the tiles are not marble.
The regular package costs $4000 (USD) and includes a concrete vault with everlasting maintenance.
The plain package costs $1000 (USD) and includes opening the grave, closing the grave with earth and everlasting maintenance. A flower vase can be included for $25 (USD.)
Every package includes a death announcement posted on this website at no extra charge. We also offer online death announcements for non burials at our cemetery at the cost of $50 USD. 
All packages except for the plain package come with one flower vase ($50 USD for each extra one and $25 for one vase with the plain package) and with a complimentary death announcement on this website. No above ground graves are allowed. No kinds of food or drinks may be brought to the cemetery, except that bottled water can be brought for close famiuly members at the time of the burial. No plastic bag water. Kaiser Memorial Lawn prefers natural flower arrangements. Help save the enviornment. There is 24 hour security for your peace of mind.
